Transmigrated as Dead Heroine!

Spring is finally here, Many days passed and right now we are preparing to go in East to visit Countess Holton. Since Raelles birthday is in 5 days we decided to leave today.

From Vacarella Duchy to Count Holtons Territory it will take at least 3-4 days travel by carriage. Besides me, mother and Astreia going, Aunt Mavis and her kids is also tagging along since they are quite close she say.

Raelle isn a fan of extravagant parties and loud noises.

We are strolling around the mansion when Astreia tug my dress, ”Sister, What is Sister Aria doing there? ”

With Azis help, Astreia is not stuttering and mispronouncing a word when she speaks. Thus, proving that their genes are truly terrifying.

So, Right now we are following Aria and shes slowly walking through the hallway as she take peaks inside in every room.

She looks dejected as she moves to the next door.

”What is she looking for? ”

”Maybe there are some hidden gems? ”

Yessenia and Azi tag along when they saw us passed their rooms as we followed Aria.

”You are greedy, sister ” Azi says which made Yessenia huffs and turns her gaze back at Aria

”Look! Aria stopped and keeps looking inside ”

Whats that room for again? This mansion has many rooms and floors and my mind can keep up.

We are in North Annex and this belongs to Aunt Mavis. ”Oh, Why is she looking at Mommy? ”

”Mommy is there with Euphy ”

Euphy short for Euphrasia. Shes a 3 months old baby and the little sister of Yessenia and Azi.

Anyway, Since Im curious I walked towards Aria, ”Aria— ” Just about I reach her she jump and her eyes widens.

”A-ah! Goodbye! ” I was left hanging in front of Aunt Maviss room when I heard a small weep inside.

I take a peak and saw Aunt Mavis gently singing a lullaby on Euphrasia. I don know but it sounds like she was like she was in agony.

”We should wait for them outside! ”

Yessenia took my wrist and ran away as we hurried outside. But, The weeping of Aunt Mavis lingers in my mind for the day.

First of all, I would like to say this kind of silence is awkward.

”Aria, I heard you visited South. How was it? ” Aria came along after Uncle Royce pushed her.

Unfortunately, He and Aunt Claire can come because Tristan has a flu.

”It is… refreshing, Your Grace ”

Aria is really formal even as a Child.

I shake my head and looks out the window. Mother sure likes to talk, I wonder if my soon to be little siblings will grow up talkative too.

Caesar seems like to be the quiet type like Father.

Before dusk we arrived at Baron Hearth to stay for the night and he welcome us in his home with his wife.

”The dinner will be serve shortly, Duchess ” The baron smiled and led us upstairs where our rooms will be.

I will be sharing rooms with Astreia meanwhile Aria is sharing with Yessenia. Azi will be alone in a room.

”The bed is soft ” Astreia plops down in the bed and made her way to the pillows.

”Young Miss, We should dress you up for dinner ” I gulp.

This is what I hate in this time. We keep changing clothes and It tires me out.

”Young Miss, The duchess is calling you ”

We both came down with perfectly new dress and I can already smell the foods from here.

”Young Miss! ” I hurriedly enter the dining room to see the servants serving the meals.

Azi, Yessenia and Aria are already seated while my mother is still not here.

The Baron of Hearth noticed me and he stood up to guide me on a Seat. The door opened and my Mother along with Astreia

Without further we eat, The steak was great and even the desserts are

”The food is delicious, Baron Hearth ”

”My Wife is the one who arrange all of these ” I happily chomp down the last bite.

The baronness smiled at us, ”Did you like them? ” She ask us which made Azi and Astreia shouts Yes.

”My children likes it a lot too ”

”Your oldest is studying in the academy right? ”

The baron chokes and the Baroness sighed heavily, ”Yes… Unfortunately ”

”There are more letters from the academy saying he sent another student in the hospital ”

The baron said. Wow, He must strong then enough to send students in the hospital.

”Meanwhile, my 2nd son is sleeping right now ”

”He is just the same age with Wren right? ” I look at them and they nod. ”Yes Duchess. Nyxen is turning four in a few months ”

After that they talk and talk about some random stuffs.

*flap* I look around in instinct, I thought I heard something but there is nothing.

After that we retired to our room and we will leave in the morning.

The maids help us change in our sleepwear while Mother tuck us in. ”Goodnight ”

She turn off the lights and close the door. I yawn and close my eyes when I heard a low flap around me like I heard in dinner. The air seems hotter than earlier. I scan around and saw a small red light, like fire dancing in the room.

I get down on the bed to follow it when Astreia sat up, ”Sister *yawn* are you not going to bed? ”

I look at the window. It was going further away, I wonder what that is?

”Thank you for your hospitality Baron ”

”Feel free to visit us any time, Duchess ” They bid their goodbyes as we hop into the carriage to travel.

According to Mother we will reach the East in 2 days. So, we will be stopping again and my mother is having her morning sickness in the Carriage.

”Duchess, Are you all right? ”

Mother waved her hand, stopping Aria into moving.

”Why isn there any portal ” My mother hissed as she laid her back on her seat.

Yes, I wonder why, mana is everywhere and yet there are no portals.
